1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BahaLabs ("we", "us") handles information when you play BlockFit Puzzle (the "app"), a block puzzle game for Android available on Google Play. By using the app you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Information we collect
The app has no accounts and never asks you to type in personal information. It handles only the information below.

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or files, precise (GPS) location, messages, health information or payment details. The app has no in-app purchases.
3. How we use information
- To run the game and save and restore your progress.
- To fix crashes and improve the game (only if you allow it in Settings).
- To show ads that keep the game free, as described below.
- To protect the app and its services against fraud and abuse.
For players in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, our legal bases are: your consent for personalised advertising; our legitimate interest in a stable, improving game for analytics and crash reports (which you can switch off at any time); and performance of our service for saving and backing up your progress.
4. Advertising
The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner below the game controls, occasional full-screen ads between games or levels, and optional video ads you can choose to watch for an extra undo or hint.
- Consent: in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent tool before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices.
- Advertising ID: AdMob may use your device's advertising ID. You can reset or delete it, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Content: ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences.

6. How long we keep data
- On your device: until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
- Cloud backup: while you use the app, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Analytics: up to 14 months, then deleted automatically by Google.
- Crash reports: up to 90 days, then deleted automatically by Google.
- Advertising data: under Google's retention policies.
7. Your choices and rights
- Turn usage statistics and crash reports on or off in Settings → Privacy.
- Change your ad consent in Settings → Ad privacy choices (shown where required).
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.
- Delete your data: follow these steps.
Depending on where you live (for example in the EEA, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. Email us at hamidakhan7654@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Because the app has no accounts, include the app name and the approximate date you installed it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Cloud backups are protected by security rules so that each anonymous user can read and write only their own progress, and requests are checked with Google Play Integrity. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Children
BlockFit Puzzle is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Google's services may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Google uses safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.
11. App permissions
The app requests only standard permissions that don't show a prompt: internet and network state (to back up progress and load ads), wake lock (used by Google services to finish background work), and the advertising ID permission (used by AdMob). It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, files or precise location.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the app adds new features. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
